That whole summer all they kept saying was that it was the hottest on record, over and over, as if that was the main headline. We are told how unprecedented and unimaginable it is, how they are investigating how this could have happened. And all the time we feel a hunger growing inside us…. And we wonder if this is the feeling we’ve been searching for our whole lives.
Really Bad asks what its like to come of age during an apocalypse. It’s a show about the End of the World, living through our screens, and the sneaking suspicion that you’ve seen it all before somewhere…
Really Bad ran at the Sherman Theatre Cardiff (27th May - 2nd June 2022) and The Yard Theatre London (8th - 11th June 2022).
